Who I am

I have over 20 years in bartending and food service across a wide range of venues. Management experience includes menu creation, staff training, quality control, customer service management, inventory management, cost maintenance, and sales and revenue management. I am certified with BarSmarts, TIPS, and ServeSafe. Experienced with many Point of Sale systems, including: Aloha, Square, Revel, Smartab, Breadcrumb, and Micros, along with familiarity with both the Mac and Windows platforms.
